Assembly Manager Exciting news from Padholder! We're on the lookout for a talented Assembly Manager to join our team at our Bonney Lake location.
With our recent expansion to a second warehouse in Florida, we need someone to step into this crucial role right away.
As an Assembly Manager, you'll play a pivotal part in our warehouse operations.
Being a small business, we rely heavily on someone who can juggle multiple tasks with ease and effectively direct team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Let's build something great together! Job Summary Coordinate tasks with the office, machine shop, and shipping department to meet deadlines effectively.
Designate team members for specific tasks that may vary day by day and hour by hour.
Ensure completion of all process paperwork accurately and promptly.
Manage team members to ensure their paperwork is completed on time and accurately.
Maintain a thorough inventory of materials and products.
Work efficiently and maintain a clean work atmosphere.
Capable of lifting up to 50lbs when necessary.
Proficient in operating a forklift (certification assistance available, though not a primary responsibility).
Assembling will constitute the majority of duties, while ensuring all team members stay on task.
Flexibility in scheduling, with early mornings (starting around 5am to 6am) preferred.
Requirements Previous experience running a team Highly organized and keeps work area very clean at all times Valid driver's license Must be able to stand for long periods, bend and regularly lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent, bachelor degree preferred.
